Breath of Fire wants to grow its own! Through our 101 Theater series we want to offer more growth opportunities in the performing arts by offering classes and workshops to our community! Ranging from Acting, Directing, Writing, Designing, Producing, Improv, Comedia dell’Arte, Alexander Training, Theater for Social Justice, and mucho more!  Visit our website for times and dates. *With funds raised we hope to offer several scholarships to Latina/o youth.

interviews and honors the achievements of five activist Latinas-labor organizer/UFW co-founder Dolores Huerta, educator Elizabeth-Betita Martinez, writer/playwright Cherrie Moraga, civil rights advocate Alicia Escalante, and historian Martha Cotera-and considers how these single mothers managed to be parents and effect broad-based social change at the same time.

Our mission is to provide a safe and welcoming environment for local teens to explore their creative abilities, sense of identity and relationships with their communities.
