Border Beings, Inner Landscapes: A 2-Day Workshop by Susanna Velarde Covarrubias, Saturdays September 11 & 18, 2021

This month we’ll re-open our sacred space with a two part generative workshop culminating in a presentation/celebration of your creations. Scheduled for Saturdays September 11 & 18, 2021 2-5pm PDT.

Letting go of borders and limits, we’ll explore what lies underneath…what lives within our dreams, our unconscious minds. What stories do we hold in our bodies? What characters? How can we begin to call them up from our body’s deep well of knowledge? During this workshop, we’ll create a communal space in which to explore the often-ignored worlds and spaces within. Using somatic work, guided imagery, dreamwork, art, and music, we’ll engage with our inner voices/landscapes to gain a better understanding of how to honor and maintain contact with this rich world. We’ll enter into dialogue with our deep and sacred creativity.
