This a one-act new play, a loose adaptation of Samuel Beckett’s "Waiting for Godot", explores the lives of two young homeless children on Christmas Eve living in the area, Skid Row in Los Angeles which has the largest homeless population in the United States. Three heightened staged readings.

Sometimes, I Wish... By José Casas
A one-act new play and a loose adaptation of Samuel Beckett’s Waiting for Godot, explores the lives of two young homeless children on Christmas Eve. These children live in the area known as Skid Row in Los Angeles which has the largest homeless population in the United States. In the Los Angeles area alone, there is an estimated homeless youth population of 50,000+.
This heightened staged readings are presented by California State University, Fullerton Department of Theatre and Dance Studio Series.
